Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contactfreshwaveshop@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Damaged or defective items: please send a photo to contactfreshwaveshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
